How licences work
- Licences are sold on a subscription and maintenance basis: the right to use nPoles runs with a current maintenance contract, the first 12 months are included with every new licence, and renewal keeps releases and support coming.
- One seat is one user on one computer at a time. A seat moves to a new computer through a key reset in the customer portal.
- Registration works through company firewalls over an ordinary secure web connection, and a computer with no internet at all can be activated with a code from any phone.
- Pricing and multi-licence discounts are quoted on request, through the customer portal or by email.
- Customers on long-standing installations may hold the terms of their original purchase; please get in touch before re-activating an old install.
- nPoles assists a qualified engineer; it does not replace one. All design output must be reviewed by a competent engineer accountable for the project.
Field mini: free for 90 days; every Field or Desktop subscription earns a Field mini licence for 12 months.
