Getting Started
If you’re an existing customer, you should have received an email with your portal link. If not, contact us and we’ll send you an invitation.
You can also log in directly at portal.npoles.com/login.
Multiple Users
Your company can have multiple portal users with different access levels:
- Manager — full access to licences, quotes, renewals, and key resets
- Helpdesk — can view licences and request key resets (ideal for IT support staff)
- Viewer — read-only access to licences and quotes
To add more users from your organisation, contact us and we’ll send them an invitation.
Registration Help
To register a licence key, open nPoles and go to Settings > User Settings > Registration, then
enter your key when prompted.
