If not, <a\n  href=\"mailto:evan.sebire@npoles.com\">contact us<\/a> and we&#8217;ll send you an invitation.\n\n  You can also log in directly at <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.npoles.com\/login\">portal.npoles.com\/login<\/a>.\n\n  <h3>Multiple Users<\/h3>\n  Your company can have multiple portal users with different access levels:\n  <ul>\n  <li><strong>Manager<\/strong> \u2014 full access to licences, quotes, renewals, and key resets<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Helpdesk<\/strong> \u2014 can view licences and request key resets (ideal for IT support staff)<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Viewer<\/strong> \u2014 read-only access to licences and quotes<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  To add more users from your organisation, contact us and we&#8217;ll send them an invitation.\n\n  <h3>Registration Help<\/h3>\n  To register a licence key, open nPoles and go to <strong>Settings &gt; User Settings &gt; Registration<\/strong>, then\n  enter your key when prompted.\n\n  For detailed instructions, see the <a\n  href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1CKqVAcGbaSibr9pUpmSfriIm0Jwil3Q5QPYr0zb5PJg\/edit?usp=sharing\">nPoles\n  Registration Manual<\/a>.\n\n ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This page is kept for its history (April 2026).
